Presented yearly, this award is bestowed on a project that applies innovative techniques to a parking issue or problem.

Saskatchewan’s complete wireless service provider upgrades systems to reduce costs, decrease time-to-market
Calgary, Alberta, 7 April 2005 – ENABIL Solutions has implemented the second and final phase of its innovative Aurora software application for SaskTel Mobility to allow services to be offered more quickly and at a lower cost than with conventional billing systems. Aurora, a next-generation, real-time customer care and billing platform developed jointly by ENABIL and SaskTel Mobility, employs a flexible open architecture and configurable rules-based rating engine to receive, rate, and bill from multiple switches and wireless application servers.
This final phase of Aurora implementation provides complete support for SaskTel Mobility core service offerings including 1xRTT wireless data, cellular, and FleetNet 800™ service. With the launch of Phase II, Aurora enables SaskTel Mobility to provision all its services, including terrestrial IP and wireless data services, with one central billing and customer care application. As well, it offers new capabilities and functionality such as cross product discounting and 1xRTT data usage billing. SaskTel Mobility Dealers also have access to Aurora, which enhances the customer experience by allowing the dealer to perform real-time credit checks and online activations.
