Murray Korth, co-founder of ENABIL Solutions and the driving force behind the company, has nearly 30 years of experience in the communications and information technology industry. In addition to his technical knowledge and corporate management expertise, Murray has a proven track record in leading profitable joint venture and start-up initiatives.

Murray began his career at TELUS, Canada's second largest communications company, where he served in a variety of senior management capacities in the areas of IT, strategic planning and business development. He led a joint venture IT outsourcing partnership between IBM and TELUS that became the fastest growing and most profitable IBM services company in Canada.

Prior to founding ENABIL, Murray was CEO of a start-up telecom joint venture between Bell Canada and Manitoba Telecom Services known as Bell Intrigna. After just two years, the business surpassed revenue and profit targets set out in the initial 5-year business plan. Under Murray's leadership the market value of the company increased roughly four times more than the initial shareholder investment. Bell Canada subsequently acquired majority ownership of the enterprise and re-branded it as Bell West.

Murray is a graduate of the University of Calgary where he earned a B.Sc. in Computing Science.

James Korth is co-founder of ENABIL Solutions and was instrumental in acquiring and establishing the company with his expertise is in financial analysis and corporate strategy.

James has held a variety of positions in the financial field and most recent experience in Telecom with Bell Intrigna, now Bell West. His specialty is developing and negotiating complex and innovative financing arrangements.

James earned a bachelor's degree, with great distinction, in management studies (Finance) from the University of Lethbridge.

Roger Mireault has accountability for the support service, operations, and professional services teams of ENABIL's existing customer solutions as well as delivery and deployment of new customer solutions. Roger's teams, located in B.C., Alberta and Nova Scotia, provide the managed services, managed operations and professional services that ENABIL's customers have come to depend on, and on which ENABIL's reputation is built.

Roger has over 21 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology industry. Prior to joining ENABIL, he worked with Manitoba Telecom Services, and served in senior management roles at TELUS Mobility and Bell West. Roger was on the leadership teams that directed large wireless billing conversion projects in Manitoba (MTS), Alberta (TELUS Mobility) and B.C. (TELUS Mobility).

Roger holds a Bachelor of Computer Science – Honours (B.C.Sc.) degree and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Manitoba.

Mike joined ENABIL in 2003 and is responsible for the finance function which includes financial reporting and analysis, finance and administration operations, risk management, revenue assurance, taxation, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions. His financial and strategic leadership is supported by over 15 years of extensive and diverse industry experience.

Prior to joining ENABIL, Mike was a member of the executive leadership team at Corporate Express in Calgary, Alberta. He also served in progressively senior management positions at Canbra Foods, Motion Industries and Good Life Brands.

Mike attended the University of Lethbridge where he earned a Bachelor of Management degree. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is a member of the Society of Management Accountants of Alberta.

Sandy is responsible for driving the Sales and Marketing efforts for ENABIL. Sandy brings with him almost 20 years of sales and sales management experience to the company including the last 7 years spent within the telecommunications industry.

Prior to joining ENABIL at the start of 2007, Sandy worked for a number of leading technology companies including IBM, Sybase and Portal Software. Sandy earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, graduating with honors, from McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario.

Iain Heap oversees the evolution of the application portfolio for ENABIL, ensuring the products and services ENABIL offers meet our existing and new customers needs. Iain has almost two decades of IT consulting experience and has managed many large application deployments throughout his career.

Prior to joining ENABIL, Iain has worked for a wide variety of organizations throughout Europe and in Canada, in many business sectors including Shaw, Telus, Powerpool of Alberta, Prudential Assurance, Credit Suisse, TSB, Zeneca, Proctor & Gamble, Royal Navy and has worked for several large consultancies including Andersen Consulting, xwave, EDS, LBMS and Parity Consulting.

Iain has an honours degree (BSc) in Business Information Systems from Staffordshire University and Software Engineering from Manchester University and in the United Kingdom.

Pat brings more than 20 years of High Tech & Information Technology Consulting experience to the ENABIL team and is currently responsible for driving the growth of the Professional Services portfolio. Pat has held executive management positions in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources and Operations in the Telecommunications and IT sectors.

Prior to joining ENABIL in 2007, Pat was the Vice President of Professional Services with MTS Allstream.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and successfully completed an Executive Marketing program at Queens University.
