Project Managers – ENABIL Professional Services - Position # PM1

ENABIL is a leader in the design, development and management of Customer Care & Billing solutions particularly for companies in the wireless telecommunications industry. With offices across the country and in India, ENABIL is rapidly expanding its talented workforce.

Position Summary:

You will be an integral part of our Professional Services team as we continue to expand our portfolio of services for both our existing and new clients. Working either in-house or on-site with clients, our Project Managers are responsible for developing and producing project plans (scope, risk, cost, quality, change management, communications, work breakdown structure & schedule) and working with project sponsors to develop charters, goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentoring and guiding other project team members
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Contributing to continuous improvement activities
• Identifying, explaining and correcting incomplete or inaccurate plans and budgets
• Establishing credibility and confidence with project stakeholders
• Resourcing needs in consultation with other key stakeholders
• Understanding our client’s business, strategies, priorities and culture
• Ensuring a collaborative, open and honest communication style
• Staying abreast of current trends in the technology arena

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management
• Worked on a variety of full lifecycle development projects
• Experience with current technologies and methodologies (i.e. RUP, EUP, Agile, PMI, CMM)
• A University Degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Science
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written (ability to converse with senior management/vendors/customers)
• A proven team player with good analytical skills and solid business acumen
• PMP certification would be an asset
• Some travel as required
