Senior Business Analysts – ENABIL Professional Services - Position # BA1

ENABIL is a leader in the design, development and management of Customer Care & Billing solutions particularly for companies in the wireless telecommunications industry. With offices across Canada and in India, ENABIL is rapidly expanding its talented workforce.

Position Summary:

You will be an integral part of our Professional Services team as we continue to expand our portfolio of services to our existing and new clients. Working either in-house or on a client site, you will play a key role in helping to define our offerings; positioning our services in the marketplace; being actively involved in client proposals and presentations and assisting in the overall delivery of strategies, programs and projects as a Business Consultant. We take pride in our entrepreneurial spirit of seeing engagements through from prospect to post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

You will participate in our growth and client satisfaction by:

• Understanding our client’s business, strategies, priorities and culture and aligning their objectives to successful project outcomes
• Interfacing between technical and business teams on solution development
• Establishing credibility and confidence with project stakeholders
• Ensuring collaborative, open and honest communications
• Staying abreast of current business and technology trends
• Contributing to the strategic roadmap of ENABIL’s Professional Services
• Fostering the unique corporate culture within ENABIL

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a business consulting role and/or senior business analysis capacity, ideally in a consultancy practice
• Worked on a variety of full lifecycle development projects
• Experience with current technologies and methodologies (i.e. RUP, EUP, Agile, PMI)
• A University Degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Science
• MBA would be an asset
• Demonstrated ability in facilitation
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• A proven team player with good analytical skills and solid business acumen
• Some travel as required
